Melaina is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and an Integrative/Functional Nutrition Health Coach. She holds a MS degree in human nutrition and is a graduate of Full Body Systems, a functional nutrition immersion program, as well as the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a holistic health coach training program.
Amybeth is a Health Supportive Chef and Holistic Nutritionist, specializing in plant-based nutrition. Her passion and enthusiasm for food, nutrition, and empowering people to live their fullest lives drive her every day. She completed her training at IIN, as well as the Natural Gourmet Institute (NGI) in New York City, a nationally accredited program teaching health-supportive culinary education. There, she studied whole foods dynamics, living foods, clinical nutrition, and cooking for people with illnesses. She considers herself a “veggie-centric” foodie.
